Bank Assessment

We conduct an in-depth pre-implementation meeting to combine our proven process with your short term and long term objectives in order to create a customized roadmap to fulfill the bank’s opportunities for growth.

Customize Your Program

Following the assessment, SIS works with you to build the best package of benefits at the best price to fit the needs of your current and soon-to-be customers. After defining your program outline, we will build a proforma to project your growth in accounts and revenues and also provide an online product demo so you can walk through the customer experience.

Implementation

After partnering, SIS will work closely with you over the next 30 to 60 days to prepare your institution to launch your new program. We will walk through internal and external marketing needs using physical and online demographics specific to your market, provide on-site product training for your entire staff, create incentive programs to motivate your employees, set your growth goals for the program over the next several months, and produce your bank-branded enrollment portal and customized dashboard.

Training

On site and online product and communications training. Learn about the features and capabilities of the product. We also train you to maximize your ability to communicate product benefits to customers.

Launch

SIS works with you to craft a fun, themed kickoff party for your entire team to create energy and excitement for the launch of your new program. During this event, your staff will receive all products and services of your new program as an employee benefit and be informed of your incentive program to encourage current and new account holders to take advantage of the benefits. Your staff will leave this event fully prepared for the successful launch of the program.

Support & Workshops

As your partner, SIS provides in-depth reporting and constant support through a Business Development Manager assigned specifically to your institution. Your BDM will be able to assist you with program analysis, ongoing support, and planning of your community workshops and events. SIS has found that community workshops are critical to the program’s success and allow you to keep your institution in the limelight throughout your communities.
